Plumcake orange

Ingredients: 250 gr flour 00, 250 gr sugar, 170 g butter, 4 eggs, 50 g milk, juice and zest of 1 orange, 1 packet of yeast

Execution: Grate the orange rind, add the butter, sugar and eggs and mix. Add the orange juice, milk, flour and mix. At the end, add the blades moving yeast.
Grease and flour a baking loaf pan and bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.

Ciambella morbida

Ingredients: 300 gr farina 00, 300 gr zucchero, 3 uova, 150 gr burro, 1 pizzico di sale, buccia grattuggiata di 1 limone, 1 bustina di lievito

Execution: Montare le uova con lo zucchero, aggiungere tutti gli altri ingredienti e solo alla fine il lievito. Imburrare e infarinare uno stampo da ciambellone ed infornare a 180° per 30 minuti.

Variazioni

  • Torta di Mele
    Aggiungere un pizzico di cannella agli ingredienti base. Condire 2 mele, tagliate a fettine, con limone e zucchero e disporle sulla superficie della torta. Imburrare e infarinare uno stampo da torta ed infornare a 170° per 40 minuti circa.
  • Torta variegata al cacao
    Aggiungere un po’ di rhum agli ingredienti base e in metà dell’impasto il cacao amaro. Versare i 2 composti in modo alternato in una teglia da ciambellone o in uno stampo da torta. Imburrarla e infarinarla e infornare a 180° per 30 minuti

Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
