For over a decade now, it has been our passion to welcome guests to our B+B and holiday homes in Rome. Thanks to his having witnessed our enthusiasm and experience first-hand, Daniel Morneau, the first American agent (since 1986!) to offer villa rentals exclusively in Italy, proposed to us a collaboration. A collaboration which involved the construction of an entirely new website, as well as an outreach to markets hitherto unexploited. All of us share the same objective: to find the ideal match between client and property, a goal we are able consistently to meet by virtue of our personal relationship with all of our owners and intimate knowledge of all of our villas.
